What ticket types are available and what do they include?
We offer Full Conference, Expo Hall, and Student passes. Full Conference includes all keynotes, sessions, and community events. Expo Hall grants access to the sponsor floor and partner activations. Student passes require a valid student ID at badge pickup. Compare and purchase on the Tickets page.
When and where can I pick up my badge?
Badge pickup opens the afternoon before Day 1 and continues each morning at the main registration hall in the venue lobby. Bring a government-issued ID and your ticket QR code. You can view location maps on the Venue page.
Can you provide a visa invitation letter?
Yes. After purchasing a ticket, request a visa invitation letter in your confirmation email or by contacting our support team. Letters are provided in 3–5 business days and require a valid passport number.
What accessibility services are available on site?
The venue is fully accessible with elevators, step-free routes, and reserved seating. We provide quiet rooms, captioned keynotes, and on-request mobility assistance. Let us know in advance through the Contact page so we can prepare.
How do I register for workshops?
Workshop seats are limited and require a Full Conference pass. Reserve your spot from the Workshops page. You can manage your selections in your attendee portal up to 48 hours before the event.
What does the venue access policy look like?
Entry requires a badge and a quick security screening. Bags are permitted but subject to inspection. Re-entry is allowed; keep your badge visible when returning from breaks.
How should I plan travel and accommodation?

Do you offer media passes and press support?
